Skybluesea blog goes live!

We recently updated our friend Suzanne's blog, she does such beautiful work anyway it didn't take much to make her blog look lovely too. We used found mementos and ephemera as buttons to reflect the vintage country feel that runs through her textile work and used the blues from her existing logo. Check out the blog here.

Sketchbook Workshop

Today we led a sketchbook workshop to encourage the pupils to explore different materials, media and styles and to generally look at things differently and more creatively. We produced worksheets for them to fill in, you can download a copy here. They chose an object or used their initials and drew, painted and scribbled them in as many different ways possible. We ended up with some really good results!
